Privacy Policy
NoNo Ninja, LLC — Last Updated: June 5, 2026
Overview
NoNo Ninja, LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our identity verification platform at nononinja.com.
Our core principle: we verify your identity and store the proof, not your personal data.
What We Collect
When you complete identity verification, we store only the following:
- A unique verification identifier (anonymized ID)
- A zero-knowledge proof confirming your identity claims
- A cryptographic hash of your verified identity
- Boolean verification claims (e.g. "is over 18: true" — no date of birth stored)
- A timestamp of when verification was completed
We do not store your name, date of birth, home address, government ID, passport, selfie, or any other personally identifiable information.
How We Use Your Information
The verification proof we store is used solely to confirm that you have previously completed identity verification, so you do not need to repeat the process. We do not sell, rent, or share your verification data with third parties except as required to provide our service or comply with the law.
Data Retention
Verification proofs are automatically deleted after 30 days. You may request deletion of your verification data at any time by contacting us at james@nononinja.com.
Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on our platform.
Third-Party Services
We use Persona (withpersona.com) to conduct identity verification. Persona processes your government ID and selfie during the verification flow. Please review Persona's privacy policy for details. NoNo Ninja does not retain the raw identity documents processed by Persona.
Your Rights
Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to:
- Request access to any data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your verification data
- Withdraw consent at any time
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at james@nononinja.com.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), HTTP security headers, and access controls to protect your data.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our product evolves. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top when changes are made. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
